First Star: Is the location neat? Yes. The table tops are always clear and ready to use. Second Star: Is the staff friendly? Yes. Over the phone and at the counter, the staff is always attentive and friendly. Third Star: Is the service prompt? Yes. The lines always move quickly and the food is prepared to order just as quick. Fourth Star: Is the product/service satisfactory? Yes. The menu is full of quality items. The variety meat boxes they offer have also never failed to be anything but great. Fifth star: Is the price acceptable? Yes. It's a value whether you're picking up a sandwich of the day or ordering catering. The quality is more than acceptable.

Awesome ball-tip. My only complaint is that they don't have the bunless thing figured out. They gave me shredded lettuce, which you can't exactly roll meat up in. Their sauces are good. They keep the hot stuff behind the counter ... It's not hot initially, but it creeps up on you!

I had ribeye sandwich. Bread was hard to chew. Way two much sweet sauce. Could not taste the meat. I would not eat here.
